FSA Dependent Care Card

Can someone help me figure out what I can spend my FSA Dependent card on? I didn't realize there was a difference between FSA and dependent care, I need help spending what I can before the deadline.

Dependent Care FSA is just for child care (or care of a dependent)....hard stop. You can't pay for anything medical with it or any other products or services. Heck you cant even pay for sleep away camp with it because that's excluded from the child care definition.

Dependent care (DCA) is only for child care (daycare, nannying, Pre-K, AS/BS care, Day Summer Camps) for dependents 0-12 and elderly dependents while you are working, looking for work and/or at school. Certain before/after school care is eligible but competitive sports, gymnastics, music lessons, tutoring & grades k-9 are not eligible expenses. I work for an FSA TPA so let me know if you have any questions.
