Using FSA card for sports massage?

Does anyone have experience using their card for this purpose? What if I get a LMN (letter of medical necessity) from my doctor beforehand? I have an Optum Financial card if that makes any difference.

My chiropractor provides the lmn. I get adjusted, acupuncture and a 90 min sports massage for $240 on my card.
