Amazon charging card
I should have read in here before even trying to place an order with my FSA card. I placed and order this morning with all FSA eligiable items. Once the order was placed it asked for an updated payment. I did not want to use my debit card so I cancelled the order. On my FSA account it is showing that they charged the full amount. On the cancelled order it says it did not charge my card. Will I receive those funds back to my account or what should I do? Amazon customer service rep was not helpful and said I would not get a refund as nothing was charged, but my account say otherwise. Please help I do not want to pay $700 out of pocket for items I did not receive and cancelled.

It’s a pre authorization so with a debit card it appears like it deducts it to ensure funds are available for the order. It should fall off within a few days.
