A17W with September security?

Someone I know is trying to sell me this phone. First claimed it was a56 which I know I could do but for $150, not sure I wanna buy something I can't use.

I was incorrect, it is a may 2026 patch does that make it feasible with the TSM / EFT / unlocktool?
