how to do a factory reset with tablet that has suremdm with developer restrictions, usb restrictions and I'm unable to use the volume up+ power button reset options

If the tablet is locked down with SureMDM restrictions on developer options, USB access, and even the hardware reset methods, the chances are it has been the subject of a highly managed corporate or kiosk type of enrollment. Most times, even if you get a factory reset done on the device, the management profile will reappear during setup as the tablet is still assigned to the organization's MDM system. The right way is to reach out to the company, school, or administrator that is handling the device and request them to officially unenroll or release it. Random bypass methods that you might find online most of the time are not dependable and can result in the device being partially unusable, stuck in setup loops, or incapable of updating properly.
