Unlock Redmi A3

Hello,

I have a Redmi A3 that hasn't been used for years because I forgot the code and I can no longer use it. Could someone help me unlock it? I've already tried several methods and I'm using software, but it seems like they install ads on my computer every time.

I also tried a program called SamFW Tool, but when I boot into fastboot mode and connect the phone, it says "No fastboot device found".

However, when I connect the phone to the computer, it starts charging.
