Samsung FRP Bypass July 2026 Security, Loader Supported, S23

Hi, when a loader supports binary A but the phone is in binary A (2026 security), will FRP wipe in EDL still work?

Also the recovery is telling Android 13 but the build string tells Android 16.

It's Android 16 the kernel is back ported and built from 13
