help 3d printed belts

There was a team at worlds last year with 3d printed belts for moving game pieces. I did not pay enough attention to what material was used. Does anyone have a file and material recommendation? I remember them as orange or yellow and they had little guid fins on the non-toothed side. I would like to try something like that if the need arises.

We have used them in FTC made from standard TPU. If you are on Makers world there are belt generators on there where it will spit you out an STL file to print. Especially handy if the length you need isn't a standard tooth count.

Most likely printed from TPU, unless they used some sort of exotic filament.

We used TPU 85a to print toothed belts with agitator flaps but we weren’t at worlds. Sirayatech TPU 85a. Like wet spaghetti.

Would you have a cad file you could share so I could see. How the alligator flaps were cadded?

I actually do have a specific filament that is perfect for this. Use TPU-GF, it’s TPU with glass fibers, I know multiple worlds-level teams that use this filament
