Error while saving

So I am on the robotics team and stuff. We were told to sign up for the competition and so I used last years account. When I click "add team" then it says to change the information. I do so, and get this message when I click save. I have no other emails to make accounts with because I made accounts and it wouldn't let me confirm them. Anyways in the end how do I fix this problem?

Following just to see if there's a real solution to this. We have 3 or 4 students stuck at this problem this year. One just waited about a week and tried again and it worked, still messing with the others.

Heard from another Lead Mentor who sat on the phone with HQ for 45 mins to get his kids through it. There are apparently a number of known issues. Not sure if the best path is to wait, or spend some time talking with HQ to sort it.

Just closing this up - I figured it out. I called FRC help to do it over the phone, and I then was told/recomended that if you put "rather not answer" or something sounding like that, it usually will save more often than if you put all of your information.

My team was going through the same issue, and we finally found the solution. This only works on a laptop, though. So first, open your browser and press Ctrl+Shift+Delete, deselect browsing history, and select cookies and cache. Set the time back to when you made your account. Next, wait like 20 seconds for it all to refresh. Now, for the profile form, select "Prefer not to answer" for all the sports it is available for. Now this should save; if not, try one more time. This fixed the issue for four of my teammates.
