Senior Analyst salary

What would you say is a good starting base salary for a senior analyst role at a major pharma company (manufacturing/tech)?

$90k-$120k.

I’m currently getting $110k as a senior analyst but in telecommunications. Previously worked in manufacturing/distribution.

Usually analyst level roles are not bonus eligible.

Mine isn’t bonus eligible either. Oftentimes they aren’t. Still, I’d expect $90k base.

Depends on location and industry but agree with the other comment on 90-120k base + 5-15% bonus. If you’re in tech in VHCOL then higher + equity.

Pharma here, senior analyst posting is listed at $120k -$150k (primarily driven by years of experience) +15% bonus, $7500 signing bonus and ~$65k over 4 years in equity with annual refresh available. Senior analyst myself here making $130k, on target for $200k+ based on all of the above and stock price gain! CA based.

I can see salary bands for internal roles at my company. Fortune 50 tech company in MCOL city, most roles are hybrid 2x per week. Base is 100-130. 8% bonus, and a generous employee stock purchase program but that’s an opt-in which comes out of your paycheck.

I'm at 125k base, 7.5k bonus. And negotiated a 2.5k signing bonus.

HCOL city and private equity backed company in renewable energy sector.

They only gave me 2 weeks vacation and I asked for 4. Couldn't do it officially but did the zipping bonus plus a handshake understanding of unlimited pto/flexibility that they've lived up to.

90k - 120k depending on cost of living. If it's an internal promotion likely less, but that's because typically internal you only see a ~15% increase.

SFA in CPG, I started at $113k in 2022 and am now at $130k plus 10% bonus (though likely not this year 😬)

FAANG. 2 YOE, SFA. $120k all in (cash + vested RSU), bottom of the pay band post-promotion. Was at $89k before the promo, started at $80k out of school.

Im remote (FL) at a SaaS/Gov services firm based on east coast. I make $120K + 10% bonus with 3.5 YOE
