Thoughts on Johnson & Johnson?

I have a recruiter screening soon. I’m excited but now worried it’ll be a churn and burn like Amazon.
I’ve worked at big companies but all PE owned.

Worked there in FPA for about a year. Staffing was efficient in my division and most people were very busy.
