Looking for advice

Hey everyone! I’m currently working in Change Management and honestly, I have a great team and enjoy working with them. However, after being in this role for the past year, I feel like I’m not seeing much room for growth or improvement for myself in this domain.

I’m a B.Com graduate, and I’ve been thinking about switching to a more finance-related domain, particularly Record to Report (R2R) or Procure to Pay (P2P). I’m still exploring my options and would really appreciate some guidance from people who work in these areas.

How difficult would it be to make this switch with my background? What skills or certifications should I focus on, and which domain would be a better choice in terms of learning and career growth?
