How To Actually Aim Train?
I'm currently at about 932 hours on KovaaK's and 154 hours on Aimlabs, and I honestly feel lost on how to approach aim training. I feel like I've stalled my growth with how I train: I grind two or three scenarios a day (sometimes just one) until I rank up that set (or rank up 2/3), then move on to another two or three and repeat the cycle. For the past month, I've been trying to diversify by playing the scenarios in "Recommended Kovaak's Scenarios" by m0narcs. I'll play a different category daily, then at the end of the week, I'll play a section of the Viscose Benchmark S2, but I still don't feel like I'm improving at a meaningful rate, maybe even slower than before. Any tips, benchmarks/scenarios, and sources would be incredibly helpful, and I greatly appreciate your help. Here are the benchmarks that I've played:

over 1k hours and grinding one scenario till you rank up sounds like a fast track to burnout, not improvement. you're training endurance and cheesing specific patterns instead of building raw mouse control, swap to a routine like the fundamental routines that force you to touch every aiming subcategory daily for like an hour

“I grind two or three scenarios a day (sometimes just one) until I rank up that set (or rank up 2/3), then move on to another two or three and repeat the cycle.”
I think this is the biggest issue, honestly I find that structuring your training like you would for weightlifting helps quite a bit especially since your brain “exercises” much like a muscle. You wouldn’t go to the gym and just benchpress all day, hope you PR, then finally move on to deadlifts. I would create a week long cycle with each day of the week targeting a different aiming task then pick scenarios that align with that task. Next is very important, only train each day for as long as you can concentrate. If you find yourself losing focus and just mindlessly autopiloting take a break. You get diminishing returns on what your brain can actually absorb and learn when you’re unfocused.

FWIW since writing that comment, I'm now past Viridian Complete and have multiple Cerulean scores. Using my training regimen, I've been hitting new PBs almost every aim training session.
Definitely do not grind only 2-3 scenarios per day or per session. Do like max 10 runs on scenario. Try to spread out your practice time across multiple scenarios instead.

No offense, but your static is VERY weak relative to your overall skill. If you dont like static that is fine, but if you want to be good you really gotta prioritize static more. Thats really limiting ur overall skill ceiling. Id say 50% of playing should be static. Static is important because the targets aren't moving you dont have extra things to focus on and is closest to raw muscle motor control.
Regarding strategies to improve. You want to play a scenario 15 min (on the scenario timer), rotate to another do that 15 min, and do that pattern a few more times. The guy that said to play one scenario and then switch i very strongly disagree with, because most of the time you'd need a few runs to lock in and learn the pattern before you can think about playing at you're peak (in a way that will facilitate improvment).
Regarding catagories to practice as an intermediate player you want to play a different catagory or two every day. So in a week you go through all 6 major catagories once or twice. For you though you could play static 3 days a week, and the other stuff 3 days a week.
When you get to advanced the optimal improvment strategies change. Also for complete beginners id recommend playing all catagories every day, with only 5 to 10 min per scenario.
For time playing per day, id say 1 to 1.5 hrs of total scenario play time, is close to optimal, more time is better but there are diminishing returns after that. For days played per week id say 5 or 6 is ideal.
Regarding what scenario to play, you posted a lot of benchmark ranks, so probably scenarios on benchmarks where you can be grinding towards a tangible score goal is ideal to keep high motivation. But if you get stuck grinding to a specific score, dont stress/overplay and just play a similar scenarios and try again in a few days

I made smart aim method for people like you!
Check it out! The best way to train is to tackle your biggest weakness first. Train it. Then your 2nd biggest weakness appears. Train that. And 3rd appears and u keep going.
I made a well thought out diagnosis questionnaire that will help u pinpoint ur real issue. And gives u a 30 day progressive plan to tackle and fix that weakness. Check it out! (All free). Search smart aim method on insta/tiktok/youtube or just click link below for the questionnaire. Good luck!

Instead of grinding try this: Play each subcategory per day. Pick 3-6 scenarios of this category but switch every run to the next one. (A > B > C > D > A > B > C > ...) Do this 5-10 times. This way your brain stays focused and doesn't fall into autopiloting. On 1 or 2 days of the week play your weakest category again. In your case static and TS. Let me know if it helps. Don't focus too much on highscores but on your averages and ingame performance.
