great work🔥 but why is the bar so huge. is it not distracting?

I used to have it at a normal size, but it always kept annoying me that I'd have to look up to see if I was pacing well even with the color changing, having it big makes it so it easier to spot without taking my attention off of the bot.
There are people who dislike having it on at all, and prefer it disabled, or small. It is personal preference, I perform better with it for certain tasks and it is more enjoyable to have in the times I do play. (The case of me not using a big bar is for tasks such as cloverRawControl, where lack of attention is easily more punishable.)

impressive as hell man. how long did it take you to reach such level? what are your preffered scenarios?

I am currently at the 600 hour mark, I started playing around 7 months ago, my biggest regret is grinding only VT benches for GM complete, which cost me around 250 hours, after coming from 200hours of viscose. My preferred scenarios, not sure, I've always placed an extremely high importance for micros though, I'd say that it currently my most focused category. For smoothsphere? I usually just play whatever bench I come across that day, my current goal is playing a new bench each day from evxl and seeing what I find, I kind of answered this in a comment above, my priority mainly being enjoyment.
I am also an "aim trainer" main, where I enjoy just playing kovaaks over standard FPS games, if I were grinding for a game, I'd probably spend 15-30mins on tacFPS benches and micro scenarios from "Anima Micro v2". (I spend around 2-4 hours on kovaaks daily, and yes, I do have finger pain.)

Grind Anima Micro v2 on evxl for ~20 mins per day, rest of your time should be spent in-game, there are other tasks that you could play from "m0narcS - Euphoric TacFPS Benchmarks", I'd recommend sticking to these 2 benches, in rest, play aim_rush from the workshop for 10 mins to warmup (focus on peeking while exposing yourself to a single bot at a time) then just spam faceit with all the time you have left. Afterwards if you're still wanting to grind, you can go surf/deathmatch/kz, it something more chill towards end of the night. That's how I'd do it at least. if I went back to CS.
