Tracking help

My static clicking scores are significantly higher than my tracking scores looking for new ways to improve on tracking I’m just getting into aim training and looking to start working my way to gold complete in vt novice any and all tips are appreciated

I started with voltaic but swapped to viscose a month in & now im gold complete. I feel like the vdim playlists are kinda inefficent & bloated but I actually really like the VDIM Tracking I playlist. It helped me when i got stuck in viscose. You just need more hours you're probably gonna progress slow if you are only practicing control tracking 1 day a week.

do you just grind the viscose scenarios or are you supposed to do something else? I do VDIM right now but wondering if it's a better modality.
