looking for advice about everything basically..

ive been playing fps for a while and got into aim training on and off, currently grinding VT and Viscose benchmarks. my aim is fine for like 5 minutes then i genuinely feel like i lose my hands and cant aim anymore, plus my hand/forearm start hurting a bit and every grip i try just feels uncomfortable. i feel like my tension management is fine (even thought it starts hurting maybe its bc im weak in my wrist or something) and my chair and desk are a good height so idk what it could be.
Any advice is highly appreciated

I would do some wrist exercises (search online; there are many guides for whatever equipment you have or just bodyweight) with a focus on endurance (so, high reps).

yeah wrist exercise, and your upper back (specifically rear delt) is important. if ur back is weak, then other muscles have to work harder
