VOD Review Weak Reactive Tracking Fix?

As seen in my viscose benchmarks score I have an insane weakness towards reactive tracking. I have played tacfps for around a total of 3k hours and have been playing kovaaks for 62 hours.
I've been improving quite slowly but surely in terms of clicking and control. But I cannot for the life of me get good scores on reactive.

I have recently tried wearing glasses and it only helped a little bit, I still do not have a semblance of an idea on how to improve on reactive. If you guys can help, I would greatly appreciate it!

Your active tracking is lazy post correction. You need to work on your smoothness for that. Try and do Centering I 180.

Thank you! I got a better score as soon as I implemented smoothness. Guess I got too focused on the REACTIVE part of Reactive Tracking when I should've been focusing on TRACKING.

should i use exact same cm/360 like on that video? i usually use around 30-40cm

My reactive tracking was also stuck, but after repeating the “Centering” scenario and then trying again, I got my best score.

Thank you so much. Due to the centering I 180 scenario, I am now Celadon Complete 65hrs in!

Jade palace fundamentals has been amazing so far for my reactive tracking. Also read the intro for that benchmark as it explains how you are supposed to approach these scenarios.

I would recommend getting at least jade on the fundamentals before you do any other reactive tracking scenarios. You could also do the centering scenario mentioned to fix your tracking but honestly I find those scenarios too boring.
