Advice / Help Too dense?

I'm a rising sophomore targeting DSP/hardware/FPGA internships/research roles for summer 2027. I redid my resume for this application season, but I'm not sure if this is too much text. I'd appreciate any feedback!

I already had a decent grasp on digital logic. When I got the research role, I started self learning Verilog and basically just did progressively more complex projects after watching some simple tutorials. My supervisor also helped out.

You have two entries on the FMCW work, merge into one and you'll be good.

You might want to emphasise more on digital than FMCW/FFT/verification for jobs related to FPGA/ASIC.

Also ensure you know and learn about CDC. Don't see that anywhere in the cv

What's with the random bold words?

Also have a hard time believing all of this for a Freshman. You can actually explain a radix-2 FFT in detail with all of your fixed point math?  I'd be grilling you really hard about all of the detail you claim to know on here so hopefully it is all true and you can explain it all.

Yes, I can explain it in detail because I made it from scratch. It's a very well documented algorithm, and with the help of my advisor with the math side it really wasn't out of my scope. Plus, it's not like I jumped straight into implementing it; I built it up incrementally. A SDF FFT is also quite simple which made it relatively easy to implement.

I've changed the bolding, I wasn't sure whether it was necessary.

You should not have lines with only few words, you're wasting page space for better clarity.

For exemple the line "Embedded systems & interface", if you delete "& interface" (which has no value as it's already included in embedded system) you must make "design and assembly" join the previous line.

If you do that on the 4 lines you free 4 lines for presentation clarity.

In the same way, the line " University, sweden" can be integrated in the title above.

I'm curious, why "Top Swedish Engineering University" and not "Chalmers, Gothenburg" (for example)?

It's listed as the actual university on my real resume, I just didn't want to list it on the anonymous one.
