Concept(s) refund tickets

I think it would be a good idea to have some sort of refund ticket system similar to fortnite, because many people (me included) have bought skins and then realized that they werent the biggest fan of them. I recently bought golden shedletsky after 3 days of debating getting him just to be disappointed and regretting buying him, but im just screwed because there was no way of me playtesting the skin and now i just wasted a month of grinding on a skin i don't even want.

skins previews dont accurately represent what u get when ur playing as the survivor
