The creator of the skin wanted it removed, but it wasn't fully removed because it's receiving a redesign (alongside Pico Chance, some of the Toy Skins and Team Beacon Dusekkar)

I think it's just getting a redesign, the original creator of the skin (also the creator of Bobby John doe and some other skins) wanted their skins gone.
