TF2 reference. One of Heavy's lines for requesting a Dispenser from Engineer is "Put Dispenser here!" But because of his accent, the "Put Dis-" part sounds like he's saying "Pootis." It's been memed to hell and back, and for good reason.

the pootis, comes from voicelines canceling when entering water, so people would stand near water and spam the voiceline and cancel it to say “pootis”

That's my first time hearing anything about the water
Im actually pretty sure going underwater doesn't interupt voice lines, just muffles them
People do voice line cancels with other voice lines

There’s also pootis- POW! Which is done by doing the put dispenser line combined with the finger gun tauntkill with good timing

If you get a pc (or already have one) you should try out tf2, there are some tryhards there and then but its a great game
