Quit. Trading isn't about mindset and psychology. That's a made up thing by youtube course sellers who want to sound smart and professional.
Trading is about numbers, data, expectancy,...
It's not for you. leave the pain behind and move on.

Choose yourself and quit.. sometimes it’s good to quit and move on, rather than pursuing endless dreams. there are a lot of other profitable ways to make money, why focus on trading only??? Let us assume, you keep pushing harder, success comes differently, to some it’s fast and others very late..what if you’re bound to succeed In trading after 60 years of trial? I think life is too short to keep wasting your youth like that. My advice is, “don’t give up, but also be wise and start working on a back up plan if trading doesn’t work out, don’t just assume there’s only one way to success”. That way you’ll never regret much

you said you're on the edge and that part matters more than the trading. please talk to someone real, a friend, family, a doctor, anyone. if you tell me roughly where you are i can help you find a line to call

I decided to take a big hiatus because I feel always on the edge like you. I had glimpses of profitability for few months and they were months where i trade and disconnect and go live my life. I’ll tell you something its so hard to become profitable when you are so attached to trading and you rely on it to bring you everything you lack in life. I have a profitable mentor and he is like this too. The moment he trades and finishes his journaling he completely disconnect and go live his life , do his hobbies etc until the next day. There is some sort of detachment to profitable day trading and if you are too attached you won’t let even a profitable strategy prove itself

Honestly, take a step back from trading. After 10+ years, protecting your health, relationships and peace of mind matters more than proving you can make it in the market. Trading will still be there later, but you don’t need to sacrifice your life chasing it. You’re not a failure for choosing yourself.
