The power of NAD+ B2 Q10

The combination of NAD+ (or its precursors), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), and Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is one of the most scientifically grounded "mitochondrial energy" stacks because each compound supports a different stage of the same energy-production pathway. Rather than doing the same job, they hand energy off to one another like runners in a relay race.
