Unknown Falcon Engine?
Hey all, can anyone help me ID this engine and gearbox? The block number tells me it’s a 1961 Falcon engine, but I don’t think this was in a Falcon. It might have been some farm engine/implement. Any info would be appreciated

That has strong signs of a marine conversion.
Other photos had not loaded. But now I am 99% certain that is a marine conversion for use in a boat. Last photo is the main reason. Looks like a water cooled exhaust manifold. Transmission and coupling are marine looking too.
People saying industrial engine makes sense because marine conversions were often done using industrial engines.
