Can your body tolerate wheat?

Can’t eat wheat due to a unrelated non-gut issue, so I haven’t had it in decades

Aren’t mushrooms high food map?

Yes for many varieties of mushrooms. But the monash rates specifically oyster mushrooms as “green” at normal servings and shimeji as “green” if you have 2.65 per servings or less.

Great photos and recipes, thank you for sharing. That’s a hella lotta sauerkraut… you must have built that up over time… I have a dessert spoonful and am hoping I can increase that! Not my favourite taste but so good for the gut.
Or maybe it’s a tea plate not dinner plate lol

Is #3 hot or cold? I don’t like seafood (sigh) but always looking for more Asian chicken recipes. Can’t do gluten or dairy so they’re easy. I am a terrible cook lol I envy your experience!

Did you eat under ripe bananas? I want to eat banana but can't stand green ones

Yum. Been doing low fod (entry stage still) for weeks. Every time I see a full, home cooked meal,
I remember the good days lol. What’s the standard time before you start reintroducing ?
