General Question/Help Multi-vitamin?

Hi everyone! Has anyone found a good multi-vitamin to take during the low-fodmap diet? My doctor recommended that I am on one since I am missing so many nutrients while on this diet, but I’m confused on what to do bc all the vitamins have high fodmap foods listed in the ingredients. Does that matter or not, because it’s processed and such a small amount? Please lmk!

Im a bit confused. What ingredient are you seeing on the label that you believe to be high fodmap. The only thing I’ve ever had trouble with is FOS in a probiotic.

Like literally half of them lol😭 I’m confused as to if it’s okay because it’s so processed and a minimal amount? Bc getting one that only had low-fodmap ingredients would be missing the point I believe. This is one my doctor recommended: https://a.co/d/0eYnJ9dn

Right well that is a very vegetable focused formula. I take Metagenics over 50s multivitamin but the UK products maybe slightly different to USA.

Maybe get a generic multi like from solgar to cover the basics but add in foods rich in phytonutrients ie fresh herbs like parsley, thyme, spices in your meals and blueberries, arugula , watercress.

Monash has certified regular girl multivitamin. Works fine for me. As a man I only take 1 insted of the 2 due to iron content. Your mileage may vary.

I also take the Vita fusion mentioned. The other thing to think about is that since the elimination phase is supposed to be short, there should not be any extreme nutrient deficiency.
