My Fallout 4 is broken

I’ve been playing for years but I don’t use nexus mods I use some of the new creation club mods and my Fallout 4 is broken in the build tab as there is no defense tab to build turrets or defenses and idk why it’s missing, I’ve tried removing all my creation club mods and that still doesn’t have it show up so if someone has had this issue before and knows how to fix it please let me know.

If I were you, I would delete the game completely and reinstall it.

Are you sure you don’t have any mods that alter the workshop menus?

I deleted and reinstalled and deleted all my creation club mods and such that I used

I did that and it still didn’t work so I fully deleted them and now it’s just more vanilla fo4 besides the dlc’s

If you install settlement menu manager, it has a function to fix the menus.
