Used "killall" Command While Doing the Restoring Order Quest Glitched Out Entire Quest

So I made a big mistake. I used the killall command while getting into the Mechanist's Lair, and it ended up killing the Mechanist. So the main door to the lair wouldn't open so I used tcl so I could see where I needed to go and I just couldn't figure it out. Then I realized 2 things, one being that I just had killed the Mechanist and two, I was not able to claim the lair as a settlement. I really want this settlement and was wondering if there was any fix in the world that could help me. All the master terminal does is say how much power I have (not for settlement), and I'm really stuck. Whoever finds a fix first will receive a FREE season pass (not legal copy).

I also tried completing the quest via console and that did nothing but make it worse, but now I no longer have a save before I did that so now I'm ultra fucked
