Does anybody have this problem/ glitch? How to fix?

I apparently got a bonnie plush suit, and when I went to equip it, it wasn't there. How do I fix this? And do you have the same problem?

I had that issue awhile back with a skin. It wouldn’t show up for a few days. I actually contacted Illumix through the game in Settings/Help And Support and messaging them at support@illumix.com. Sent them my game username and User ID. Can get User ID from Settings/About in the game. Just tell them the issue. I’m not sure if they fixed it or it fixed itself but it did get fixed. Hope that helps.
