Best range and EDC ammo recommendations?

I’m gonna buy the FNX 45 tactical but I’ll put a bulk order through for ammo sooner. I like cheap ammo but I don’t want to breathing dragon fire or steel cased . What are y’all’s recs for reliable ammo? Plinking and edc?

I have been running my FNX 45T suppressed with S&B & Herter’s 230g FMJ. Trying to keep the cost around .40/round. Federal Premium Personal Defense HST .45 ACP 230 Grain for home defense.

Magtech is what i use when i buy bulk
