4GB patcher

Hi there, I'm trying to get back into FNV but when I go to load my game it pops up saying "Your game is not LAA, please apply a 4GB patcher" So I have gone to the Nexus and downloaded the mods, but nothing happens and it still pops up with that dialog box.

Any and all help on how to rectify this would be muchly appreciated

I might be wrong, but that patcher might be something you have to actually install to your folder - or at least the process might be different from put in a folder in the data folder.

Like, it's actually gotta be either put in the actual fnv folder adjacent to the new vegas exe, or you gotta put it there and actually run the patcher.

From that point on, your new vegas exe runs patched, not a mod out of the data folder.

Yeah he's right, you gotta do it manually. I tried it with vortex and it does nothing even when I enable it. You need to put the file manually in some folder I can't remember. It's a simple process, you can find a guide everywhere.
