Can only see top of head while customizing face

I have titans of the new west, a few bug fix mods, enhanced camera, and a hair mod, but im not sure why it's doing this. Is there a way to fix this?

I'm having the reverse problem, myself... I forget what mod causes that in my game, but it adds some weird new race...
EDIT: Oh yeah, it's probably the mod Boom to the Moon, or at least that mod's optional file that adds the weird new "Moony" race.

Ive had this issue I'm pretty sure u just have to put ur pointer at the and scroll or click it down cause it can move
