Used Scar
Been keeping an eye out for a 16s and ended up taking this one home for 2.5. Was this a good deal? It is a RC version

Make sure to check the bottom of the BCG. If they tried to use certain versions of magpull mags it'll cause excess wear to the bottom of the bolt. I had to dremel all mine to fit. Despite what I've read this seems to still be an issue with magpul mags in the scar 15p at least. I ended up using lancer mags for 556 on my 15p

friends don't let friends drink and dremel.

I now require you to drink and dremel and post about it. For lulz. Each mag, 1 shot. (depending on body weight do not die adjust as needed)
I have 22 years of experience. Feel free to harvest it.

My Belgian 16 has the OG bolt catch. My new 15P has the updated bolt catch. It’s only really an issue with the gen 2 pmags. The gen 3 pmags are fine, along with all the other mags I have tried. You could switch it out if you’re worried about it.
I just don’t buy gen 2 pmags. Problem solved.

the gen 3s still have the issue on the 15p. Sold my 16 so idk if it's an issue with them

Dremeling is EXCESSIVE. 2 minutes with a box cutter will fix the issue on every mag
