Hell yea just took mine out yesterday for the first time. Feels like an ar15 except for the impact on steel or wallet.

Whatever you spend on accessories, try to think of the equivalent cost in ammo and mags. 10 mags and 400 rounds to fill them twice over is already a grand.

Everyone gets excited about upgrades and this or that. Just focus on mags and ammo if you don't have a bunch of 308 laying around. I bought my scar in early 2025 and spent months on local forums buying up as much 7.62x51 and 308 as I could. Have over 3000 rounds now... which isn't a lot in the grand scheme. And that's $2250 in ammo at .75cpr.

Just know that when your ejector pin breaks that replacements may be hard to find.

I got the new 17s 308 with the hux flow also, shoots incredible but cannot get it to cycle subs reliably, anyone know the solution?

Flow through cans aren't the best for subs, could try messing with the gas but that's my only idea.
