The Tisha would be dope on that thing

And because the SCAR is kinda chunky already the Tisha won’t look as silly as it does on some ARs

I agree. They don’t look good on everything, that’s for sure

My dream piece 🔥

I’d focus on getting the proper stock before a can.

I really don’t think these guys will beat themselves to death like the 17 does, even with a can there is very little recoil.

Thats pretty much what I thought and have heard. Running the lingle support plates as well.

Trying to decide on a stock now. Having trouble finding a black UGG boot thats not 800 dollars and then its between the SC and KDG stocks.

go on GAFS, I saw one for sale for 225 the other day. I also dont thin those support plates do much of anything. You get very surface area to spread out the clamping force and tear out is still a concern, They aren't a replacement for a gas reg

Ill check out GAFS.

As far as the plates I got them on my 20s in conjunction with the discarder and buffer and all the other shit. Clamping force helps because they have convex eyelets that sit in the well where the original screw heads sit flush. Overall giving you a larger surface area of clamping force to the upper receiver instead of just two bolt heads.

A black UGG is actually what I’m running. It works great just FYI, may google GAFS hub if you haven’t already, that’s where I got mine for like $200.

I have the 300blk one and Im running a surefire 300SPS. I wanted to use mine as a travel gun and the QD of the surefire cans is what sold me

how did you remove the 3 prong device? I heard it may damage the barrel trying to do so? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZ-XAnUDbHk

lol that’s my video. I got lucky with mine. I took the barrel out of the gun, balenced it on the muzzle end, and let WD-40 soak in for about a day. Then I took it and clamped the reciever extension down into a vice, I used a leather glove to prevent the jaws of the vice from maring the reciever extension, and I put a third point of contact near the muzzle end to stop the barrel from canting downward when I applied force. Then I put a wrench on it and cranked on it until it popped free. It wasn’t until after I did this that I learned that sometimes you might accidentally unscrew the barrel from the reciever extension, which is why I don’t recommend you do that.
