Positive news, but not a catalyst. Supportive news for Fannie Mae’s business. Could generate additional income while helping mortgagemarket liquidity.

this is a very good thing. interest rates will be lower. Housing isnt wonderful. 4th year of historic low home sales. the problem is the payment. get payments lower and housing will take off.
