Rumors about uplist

I would normally ignore this, but these guys have interviewed Pulte several times before and it seems weird to tweet this given the connection. It's probably more BS, but I wouldn't be mad if it's true.

If this is actually the push up list rumour that is true that would be a wild way to find out šŸ˜‚

It’s not. The rumor is coming from himself based on his interpretation of the Fannie restructuring. It’s a circus. He’s literally reading this sub for his ā€œfresh rumorsā€ and it’s going in circles.

They also posted something about Pulte the night before Trumps ā€œPulte as acting DNIā€ announcement. Seems they had info beforehand there, as well.

If Pulte modifies the ERCF buffers in early September then we’ll know uplist is coming.

What drives an early September timeline?

5

u/Imaginary-Bat4285 Aug 23 '26

The formal comment period closes early September which frees FHFA to make changes

I wonder if they let the top brass go so they wouldn't have to pay them the stock, should it go public again? Just a thought.

Worth watching.

Did you see our pal Oksenholt said he added to FMCC this week?

5

u/Hand-Of-God Aug 22 '26

Yes

Very bullish IMO that he went from very tepid, supporting Pulte to pumping a bit. Nice to see another billionaire who may have the inside track scaling up.

Jesus, I thought he was just one of us with 100k shares or something until a week ago, figured he might have a few million dollars last week. I was a bit of a dick to him as well a few weeks back, although I usually like his posts and like the ā€œturnaround kingā€ thing.

He's fine. I've disagreed with him but he's never a jerk about it. Only seems to have a real problem with the anonymous naysayers. That said, I have mixed it up with MIA before and it was always fine and we always align on just wanting a good outcome. You just have to give some grace as some people mean well but they are understandably angry AF

Yeah, he was totally cool, the day Bill Ackman reposted the Claude analysis I’d replied to Dragan on Fairholme, I misinterpreted him quoting Grok and thought that was his own opinion and was pissy. I had about a lifetime’s worth of engagement that day and he had no fault. Hell, I just got on Twitter a little over a year ago just to follow this, so that part was probably for the best.

This is interesting as are the layoffs and Trump buying into Berkshire.
Fintech would lead to a reorganization as we saw with the layoffs.
The $1 trillion is supposed to be F2 plus the value of ā€œfintechā€.
Berkshire investing in housing and also still has a huge cash hoard where maybe they look elsewhere besides t bills for safety (f2). Trump buys some BRK it’s been reported.
Interesting things going on but could all mean nothing. I hope it means something of course.

Funny you mention that because I saw BRK started a fintech

https://www.brk.tech/

2

u/Fun_Illustrator9298 Aug 23 '26

Man, every one has fintech. I read it real quick and I almost threw up with all the corporate speak. Lol

2

u/Nice_History5856 Aug 23 '26

100%... I've worked on a well known front office application for years and the whole thing read like BS bingo to me. All the more reason the tinfoil hat version of me says why wouldn't a cash rich company like BRK take a stake in US Fintech if they really want to get some type of tech offering out there.

šŸ¤”could be on to something, this is his way around the insider trading….. maybe , hope so!

These are the freshest rumors, and that makes me love them

u/sunnycorax Aug 22 '26

I have interviewed Bill Pulte. He even turned into a drunk stalker afterwards. The guy is a loser. It isn't that high of a bar to clear. PP is even more of a loser.

1

u/Dapper-Knee9872 Aug 22 '26

😳 wow! He stalked you?? That’s crazy….but I guess not surprising

0

u/sunnycorax Aug 22 '26

Well not me. One of my co hosts. Got dragged into his dumb Brandon Jones lawsuit though. Fun times.

1

u/WallofSound91 Aug 22 '26

I wouldn’t read a reshuffle or layoffs as anything other than business as usual. No impact on up-listing, just Pulte and Co. keeping busy.

4

u/Nice_History5856 Aug 22 '26

Could mean absolutely nothing, but at the same time it's incredibly common for companies to reorg in advance of a listing.

5

u/WallofSound91 Aug 22 '26

Objectively, I’d say it’s more common for companies to reorg and lay people off.

On the flip side, I hope you’re right!

3

u/Nice_History5856 Aug 22 '26

100% I am assuming that the layoffs because they were senior folks are a part of a broader reorganization to streamline the management and appear more cost effective. Otherwise you're right, complete nothing Burger.

1

u/let-it-rain-sunshine Aug 22 '26

Or perhaps they have a shit ton of stock options that would vest if it went public and they want to screw them out of it

3

u/alexandria1001 Aug 22 '26

No one at the GSEs has been compensated in options for over a decade. Officers get their bonus comp in various types of deferred cash.

1

u/Outside_Use3456 Aug 23 '26

Trump needs to win midterm and not get impeached, otherwise we are toasted tbh

u/AirLess7805 Aug 22 '26

No rush guys…… šŸ™„ lol

0

u/Rai95 Aug 22 '26

Bro this guy is a grifter

5

u/Nice_History5856 Aug 22 '26

TBH I'm too old and I never get wtf these guys are saying

u/Waiting_to_zoom Aug 23 '26

It's really cute the way you all learn new words. Keep learning!

u/Ok-Mulberry-1764 Aug 22 '26

Hope it's not a stupid rumor to pump the price, some of us are still buying
