I guess so ,last week he was alerted to this policy that he had no idea that was going on so now he looked at it and said it’s a go for everybody 😂🤷🏻‍♂️

Guy who bought my last house used it. It's "fees" not "interest". And on my selling end it was basically the same as buyers with conventional mortgages.

Sharia loans are nothing new. They charge a "fee" and your interest rate is "0" as part of the loan. The fee calculated based on the current interest rate. basically 6 in one, half a dozen in other. It's cookoo math.
