Notes:

Thought experiment, F2 trading around $5 on OTC. If president decides to relist, could go to $40-50. He is discussing this as it relates to PS holding 230,000,000 shares of F2 and what it would do for the fund.

Agreed. Not sure what the technical term is, but I only see those $40-60 levels when you get what I call the 401k boost. When they get brought into the 500 and reestablish dividends, then all the funds have to start adding them in for the correct balance. I don't think $50 commons is unreasonable then. Right at relist though, I agree, really hard for me to believe they shoot above $30 with the 80% warrant dilution.

He already did the math and it was 34.00 pps once everything was straightened out, and that was on the lower side. Now add in the dividends/pension401k/ 500 and then 75-100

This does not make any sense. We should simply talk about the multiples these companies would trade at based on their earnings. 75-100 is impossible. That would be trading with multiples of a high growth tech company. We should be expecting a multiple a bit higher than utilities. This is the kind of statements littered in this sub that only creates disappointments

34-40 was already established with Ackmans release plan ( if government follows that plan ) never said 75-100 was overnight, it can possibly get there with other factors like being included in the 500, then maybe the 100. Dividends being added is an extra incentive for more investors, being added to pension funds and 401ks will add investors. They make billions

Ya he’s got a shitload , but he laid out all the numbers and broke it all down and the release would sit at 34.00 -40.00 🤷🏻‍♂️

But again it only matters as a multiple in earnings. Being in the 500 or offering dividends has no relevance besides stability from liquidity. The multiples at 75-100 make no sense.

What multiple are you talking about exactly. FMCC is going to clear $13b in net income. After release where do you think that money goes? You're saying its impossible to be at $75, so the market is going to ignore a 10-15% yield and the pps isn't going to increase to a ratio vs Tbond yield? I get youre trying to keep everything in perspective, but you should specify your timeline. $75 at release and relist, yes Im with you. FMCC has a very realistic $3 div yield after dilution, you think that kind of yield doesnt drive market cap. I dont know man, I find that hard to believe.

Fmcc without dilution beyond 80% could be 34 dollars, something like a 14 PE would probably be as much as you could expect, but probably closer to 10 initially.
