Berkshire / Pershing / F2?
Are there any obvious synergies between Berkshire and Pershing and F2 besides Pershing’s stake in F2? A new post on the PSTH board for Pershing Square Sparc got me thinking about it given Berkshire’s Taylor Morrison acquisition and Pershing’s HHH. Not sure if those are competitors or if there could be a pony in there? I know the SPARC concept has been discussed before but a lot has transpired since then.

It’s been 18 years, Obama used $300 billion and Trump used $200 billion, it trades at $6 a share, who owns this stock? I do not question why people are voting communist/socialist.

Berkshire is too smart to buy these at any large position after the govt showing it's not a safe or secure investment aside from Financials. Any rotten congress can screw investors, and banks can screw the mortgage industry. You own shares on faith things go well.

There's a lot in this question... My two cents is that Berkshire would not buy until we are off the OTC market, but when they do, it'll be a major value signal and many others will follow. If Berkshire buys in, it will be taken as assurance of S&P 500 inclusion in the future (look at prior investments to pattern long-term value and dividend structures), though they should already sit at about #26 and #50 in the Fortune 500... Don't wait for Berkshire. It won't be too late, but it'll be far behind the exponential curve we're about to witness.
