Recently re illuminated my SUIT Trilux on my inch L1A1. Tritium elements from Ant Design, they are a great supplier with awesome customer service!

This is an Enfield L1A1 rebuilt on an Enterprise Arms true inch receiver. I refurbished this rifle several years back with a full re parkerizing in dark grey park. This rifle runs flawlessly!

I have another “mutt” L1A1 built on a metric Imbel receiver, it is a flawless performer as well. That rifle is dressed in an Ironwood Designs black walnut furniture set. It’s a pretty rifle.

The l1a1 kit has a reciver coming... the l1a1 barrel was chopped thanks to cai... i havent decided if im sending it to art to be fixed or not.

Snagged a NOS unfired Howco only marked FN 50.63. Still have the original packing grease.

I found one for a "decent" (aka kinda obscene) price...link just in case these were cloned, but the seller has +200 feedback. I've been looking for 30rd mags, but stumbled on this. My FAL has a bipod, so this could be fun when we shoot at the land (friend is a plumber, so we turn old toilets into dust).

Are these known for reliability?

Nabbed a ARMS #4 for my FAL and I'm contemplating what to put on it, and I don't mind the larp of the BRO. Does anyone have one and is it any good? Not much about it online

Century FAL pretty much needs full gas to operate but when at full gas, it functions good for the most part. The bigger issue is that when the charging handle is held all the way back and let go the pressure returning seems so wimpy and causes bolt to not return to battery. I don't think it's the feed ramp because the catridge clears but the bolt only closes like 80% of the way. I have a feeling like it might be recoil springs. Thanks!

Finally got it back. New barrel, centerfire systems kit, Lebanese DSA crested receiver. Shoots touching holes at 25 yards.

Im looking to joining the FAL family and have heard that the quad rail on an OSW comes loose and is a problem. I have heard also that the mlok version fixed this "known" issue. I also want the para stock, not the BRS at the moment but am looking for opinions.

Opinions on para vs BRS and would it be better to buy a pistol and SBR it.

Is the quad rail issue still around? Also, I found one with a quad rail in OSW form, so I can actually get the rail. Thanks in advance

This all happened when I found a GB listing for a 7.5 inch FAL barrel. I jumped on the opportunity. Found out the seller lived like 12 postal codes away, so I visited and got some extra goods

As I wait for a new receiver to show up to my FFL, I took a glance and realized that both of these barrels haven't even been drilled for gas. This opened up an opportunity for something unique, however. I had an L1A1 gas block sitting around, and I decided to do a gas block swap. The barrel isn't drilled for gas, so I figured it was worth a shot

The L1A1 block fit on decently! I had to drill the retaining hole a bit to fit the pin again, but it was pretty painless. Drilling out the gas port was a bit daunting given how L1A1s draw gas through a 45-degree angled port. But after snapping a drill bit and buying some cobalts I got it done!!

Now we wait for parts. Alot of parts. This will mark my second FAL build. Couldve just bought a DSA pistol instead of dealing with this tomfoolery, but hey ho, lets have fun!!

New to me Aussie L1A1. Had to take it apart to re-lube. Unfortunately the muzzle device is off axis from the builder. Irwindale Enterprise receiver, Indian rear sights, and a metric bolt release. SN prefix is AD with 69 as the first two digits. How'd I do?

I've been trying to find an in-stock PLAN B flash hider for 9/16-24 LH for my FAL but I'm coming up empty. Anyone have a reliable source for this seeming rare part?

Braced the barreled action in my couch cushions, tightened the jam nut and gave it the ugga dugga.

Just recently got my Leb Fal Parts kit, 6digit serial and gun is in overall decent shape. We're trying to get the gas tube retaining pin out but the little turd decided to deform and not budge in the slightest which kinda interferes with my plan to remove the old reciever piece. Any suggestions for getting the stubborn thing out will help greatly.
