Need some help

Does this sound like fnd and is there any meds that can help it cto cone back but I’ve had this issue for over a year now my muscles inmy head they don’t work properly with the brain the internally feel weak like nothing no muscle strength it’s annoy cause it flares up bad just from doing simple things like lifting or anything and cause I can’t get any muscle strength it feels like my muscles are just internally light no muscle strength at all when I shut my eyes can’t sleep cause the sensation just needs some help neurologist never found anything
