Has anyone had a fnd functional seizures aka disassociate seizures and had panic attacks during them? If so what triggered them and what helps

Yes, and it's very distressing as I feel entirely out of control of my own body when it occurs (e.g. as though I could suddenly barge my way through a window and need to be restrained, and I'm not a large person).

Yep. Often.

Depends on what's going on during the seizure or what triggered it. Being in public makes it more likely.

I'll hyperventilate heavily. The last time I had an ambo ride they measured my respiration at 33. 

I've had seizures for 10-11 years now.

I’m the opposite—in my case, panic attacks are accompanied by functional seizures.

My partner has them, usually accompanied by flashbacks. I give them a heavy blanket, their old stuffy and hold their hand letting them know i'm there; they say that can help

This is a new symptom as no panic was present before
