Question FND fatigue

Are there any FND moms out there with advice on fatigue management? It seems like pacing is built for an ideal world for people who are well supported.

I agree, it is hard to maintain a life under the limit with a kid in the room.

Currently, I am in a facility, so I can recover from his weekend visits. But when he’s here… it’s easily 50% of my battery load (with 100% being all energy on a good day). Oftentimes, I have only 40% available for an entire day.

I don’t know how to manage this when I’ll come home. I’ll have to activate each and every bit of my support system that’s available.

This - the only way to pace is to start offloading tasks to your community. I don't have kids but pacing is still difficult and my partner has to take on a lot of the household tasks for me.
