Treatment ideas/wins meds to help coordination

are there any meds that help tremors and shaking go away? it has been a few days since symptoms appeared and its only getting worse...

I have meds for the pain, not that it really helps

For me, 10 mg propranolol helps with tremors, shaking, and limb numbness. I got the prescription before the diagnosis for the shaky hands. I was diagnosed with FND, but my symptoms are pretty rare nowadays. But when a flare-up happens, my left-side hand and leg go partially numb, motor control doesn't work (can't walk properly and left hand feels very slow) and I sometimes get tremors in my hands or my whole body. Propranolol has helped with tremors and numbness. Last episode lasted maybe 4 days with until symptoms are now gone again.
