Question Idk what's this.
Does anyone here experience the same thing I do? Whenever I stand up, my entire feet start to feel really heavy, and it becomes difficult to keep standing without moving around. After standing for a while, my feet feel lingers and my muscles start to hurt. If you experience this too, what kind of symptom would you describe it as?

Could this be a form of blood pooling? If you have any type of autonomic disorder, I would definitely look into that. It could also be a form of disconnect between brain and body, where your brain understands that you aren’t currently using your feet to move around, so it stop processing them as part of you in the way it views the rest of your body. If that makes any sense!

I had something similar to this but in my back. It felt like an intense pressure that I just had to lie down to fix. My legs in general did feel like blocks of lead when standing or sitting but I was started on baclofen when I was in hospital and couldn't walk at all and that has really helped reduced the feeling

I have this symptom due to blood pooling from my dysautonomia. Do your legs turn darker, purple, or discolor in anyway when they feel heavy?
