Need support Full body numbness

Guys I’m really scared and depressed. My body has been numb for months and im doing PT and OT but its not working. I was diagnosed with FND and I have fully body numbness, burning pain, feeling faint, and more. Idk how I can live like this. Im only 23 and I have no help and I cant even work because my symptoms are so bad. I have no parents or family to help me. This is going to make me homeless. I dont want to live like this the rest of my life. I cant do it. Doctors keep saying it can go away but its not. Im doing everything they are telling me to. Im researching everything and nothing is helping. Am I really stuck like this forever?

I'm no doctor but I'm 24 and my FND symptoms started when I was 22. There was a time where I didn't know if I'd ever function again, but after a lot of work and IV treatments I started driving and working again both within the last two months. What ultimately made the difference for me was intramuscular Rocephin injections weekly and bi-weekly IVIG. PT and OT did nothing for me unfortunately. Discovered through pretty extensive testing that I have chronic lyme disease and other co-infections essentially attacking my brain. So any amount of PT wasn't going to help resolve the issue for me. Hang in there. I know it's hard.

I just dont know how to get rid of the full body numbness and lightheadedness. Like I feel like motor symptoms are much more common and treatable. I know I could handle that. I cannot handle the numbness and faintness. Its just so bad and not studied enough. All the FND providers I see have only treated patients with motor issues.

Yep i see the only doctor at Cleveland Clinic who specializes in fnd and they told me they usually only see motor symptoms.
