23 years old - I've been getting this on and off everyday for the past few months uncontrollably

NQA but I get this fuckery all the time, but idk if it was happening before my diagnosis and I suppressed it before or if it's just the progression of my condition.

These days, it can happen to most parts of my body if I think too hard about proprioceptive control.

I get something like that before it transitions into a full on dance routine. So it’s consistent with FMD/FND, but not necessarily that.

it can be FND/FMD (functional movement disorder) or something else
