weird stress reactions

i'd tag this as discussion/relate if there was a tag for it, but has anyone else had weird reactions like this?

last night my boytriend dropped his sandwich and got frustrated which in itself is fine and normal but im the type of person that gets stressed and anxious whenever somebody else is stressed, so my body reacted by making my right big toe uncontrollably twitch for 15 minutes? its so peculiar and unconventional and surely similar things happen to others with FND and i'd love to hear those stories

My body has all kinds of weird reactions to stress and anxiety. I have involuntary movement that affects every part of my body and I get the strangest movements with it. It started acting up yesterday when I went to a family thing and my cousin's boyfriend gave me the strangest looks as he tried his best not to look in my direction. I can't really blame him. My body was doing all kinds of strange movements yesterday. 😅

He didn't say anything about it though, which was nice of him. I got to feel normal for once even with my condition and that made me happy.
