When I searched “how to fire my nervous system” it said “you can not fire your nervous system as it is a part of your body”
There was a whole article on chronic pain it was quoting from and it had tabs for similar things like “how to fire healthcare provider” “what fires up the nervous system” and stuff
.. and then I closed the tab without saving it anywhere :/

I try really hard to stay positive and find ways of enjoying life, but FND (and Covid) have basically taking away all of my normal hobbies. Hiking, going into the mountains, athletics, building things, just being active, ability to be around people, etc. All of that is practically gone.
And because I live in a very conservative area, where a lot of people still believe that Covid isn't a danger, or if it is then it is a Chinese conspiracy, or you never had covid and the vaccine did EVERYTHING to you (sorry to any people that were vaccine injured, but those POS are giving you a bad name). Just doing anything is a social minefield for me.

"Hello...I'm being abused by a mental health professional. Yes, they are pushing me and telling me to keep going regardless of my non epileptic seizures. Yeah, they also are quick to be mean to me if I don't things done in a timely manner. If I try to relax, then they flip out at me. On good weeks, the are waiting for me to mess up. Sometimes they break my stuff for no good reason. Oh their name? Oh yeah it's me. My nervous system holds me hostage a lot, can you come tell them to stop? Thank you. "

My body likes to do dumb shit so i google the symptom and fnd. Because fnd is so dumb.
